Once we receive your request, we will schedule a call to learn more about your business and your goals. During this call we will go over the estimate, provide you with a timeframe for us to complete the project, and answer any questions you have.

Once we have finished all the paperwork, we dive into researching and collecting the imagery & information that we need that will go onto each webpage. We will also create the layout so you can see how it will all be laid out.

While you review the content, we will begin to work on building your website. This is also when we can integrate it with any softwares that you use to run your business. Once we finish this and get your approval, then your website will be live for you to share with your customers!
The cost of the website will vary with each business, which is why we schedule a call to discuss your project and goals first so we can provide you with a more accurate estimate.
We require 50% of the estimated cost to be paid prior to us starting on your project. The remaining will be invoiced to you in milestones as your project progresses or upon project completion, whichever comes first. Our goal is to work with our clients though, so please let us know if there are any financial concerns and we can create a specialized plan for you.
We do not offer refunds on our services. If you are unhappy with how something turned out, we encourage you to reach out to us.
You may choose to cancel your project at anytime. Please note, you will still be responsible for paying any expenses that incurred prior to your cancellation request including billable hours.
The length of time it can take will greatly vary on your websites needs. We can provide you with an estimate on how long we believe your site will take during your consultation call.
We understand that many small businesses cannot take on the ongoing expense with our maintenance plans. If this sounds like you, just let us know and we would be happy to train you or your team on how to use the website builder once the site is built. We also offer support hours billed separately for any issues arise that you would like us to assist with.
